Back in NYC

I'm back in NYC so that I can see Andrew Weil tomorrow. Headed to the
East Village where I will meet up with family.

As it so happens I was unable to post my picture until now, but here it is.

Airport lunch

Starting this long weekend of airport hopping I figure I better eat
something nourishing. French Meadow has a small restuarant here at MSP
and I took the extra time to walk to the F gate to grab something. I
ate my lovely salad and then headed back to the C gate area. Short
walk in exchange for something better than fast food.

Issues writing post for iPhone - is this normal?

Starting my long weekend at the airport

India

I am heading to India in 10 days. Things that still need to happen:

-Pack (everything is tossed in a bag, but I like to have things in order)

-Figure out what books to bring along

-Get some sleep

-Finish my Abstract and outline for my presentation in India of "Food as Medicine"

-Figure out what the hell I'm missing
